Pale yellow color. Broad, succulent nose: honeysuckle, white blossom, ginger cake and baking spice. Rich and concentrated on the palate: butterscotch, agrume, pear, nut oil and melon. A touch blowsy. Lacks a little grip. Has the intensity and volume of a true grand cru but lacks a bit of elegance, complexity. Very good in the context of ’99 Corton Charlemagne. Now – 2015.
