Twenty five years.

A pure, fullish garnet red color.  Full flavored, high toned nose: Morello cherry, crushed red raspberry, roast meat, turned earth, mineral.  Full-bodied plum-red berry palate; rich and succulent.  Lingering, cool acidity and finely grained tannin leads to a touch of creaminess on the finish.  Harmonious, structured and concentrated.  Athletic.  A fine bottle even if we found the fruit a touch too macerated.  Till 2020.
