Straw to lemon yellow.  Pitched higher in the register than the corresponding Poruzots: more citrus infusion to go with the yellow and green orchard fruit, sweet basil, blanched almond, heliotrope.  Less density and weight than the Poruzots.  Drier and more lithe, buoyant.  Not as full on the finish but with more drive and focus: peach stone, asian pear, pomelo.  Not any less serious than the Poruzots but its minerality is not as complex and its acidity is both more citric and less tartaric.  Now – 2015.
