50% Pinot Noir; 50% Grolleau.
A fullish salmon color. A buddleia floral fragrance. Piquant, slightly bitter, gently herbal: gooseberry skin, yellow beet and a musky rose daikon. A stone cold minerality. This one is actually dry; not picking up a trace of residual sugar. For us, this is stylish and individual. Easily our favorite Rosé of the season .. but consider the source, we eat our radish tops.
