Crimson with copper hints. Lusty, firm nose: slightly smoky berry and citrus fruit, brioche, tabac blond and truffle. A sweet earthiness to the basket of meaty, red summer fruit, of medium body: Rainer cherry, forest strawberry and citrus. Sharp, acidic mousse and a lemony acidity informs this Rosé with a brisk dryness. A robust, flavorsome Rosé, if a bit obvious. A couple years in the cellar will always help a Moët along. Now – 2016.
