Pale straw color.  Brash with a tilt towards vulgarity: pheramon-y nose of sfogliatelle, wisteria and glue.  In fact, if you took zeppole and distilled it into a chewing gum or hard candy, this would be it.  Obvious, blanched white fruit palate.  Boisterous bead.  Vivacious if a little uncouth.  A bit lumpy in places.  Soapy, windex finish.  Wins points for being kinetic and dry.  Drink soon.
