Green-gold.  Vital, buoyant nose: citrus and stone fruit, verbena, tilleul, devonian slate.  Redolent with the classic spice notes of this red-clay site.  Candid and detailed in the mouth: cassis, spiced apple.  A lemon gelée on day one; more herbal, with a nod toward lemon balm on day two.  Vigorous and fresh, with good grip and vibrant acidity.  No reason to hold this further but this Christoffel kabinett will still keep well.  Now.
