Lemon yellow with golden hints.  This has a chiseled articulation, with Puligny-like torque, discreet white florality and fruit-skin piquancy.  Fans out in a panna cotta of candied citrus, orchard fruit and Meursault nuttiness.  Steely lattice-work through the mid-to-back palate: fine acidity and a crystalline minerality.  Animated, freesia and peach stone finish.  Assiduous, deftly sculpted Meursault.  Now – 2017.
