Canary yellow.  A steely, backward example; even a bit ozonic.  Dimensional, mineralic and flinty, with less spice character than one would expect from this climat.  Gauzy instead of velvet.  Pure and beneficent peach and citrus.  It’s the only thing that is really Meursault about it: rich and ripe fruit, yet without the butter adornment.  Racy, low-fat Bouchères.  Now – 2017.
