Fullish ruby.  Rich, extrovert and velour: spicy morello cherry and groseille, souq essences, gamey pan drippings, savory underbrush.  Enveloped, carnal Echézeaux fruit with fine grip and terroir expression.  Steadfast and mineralic at the end.  A mighty Echézeaux that will still gain in refinement.  Now – 2025+.
