Ten years on tasting.

Youthful lemon yellow.   Nice precision and intensity here, crisp and racy in the best sense: the acidity practically vibrates out of the glass.  Lushly verdant: lemon balm, sweet marjoram, cool spearmint.  Fragrant green apple and peach stone fruit.  A steely minerality.  Fine grip and length.  Quite classic.  Of Vincent’s premier crus we prefer his Chassagnes.  A lacy Caillerets.  Now – 2017.
