Ten years on tasting.
This flickers as if internally lit. Lemon yellow with emerald hints. Resolute, nordic and penetrating. A nose of liquid stone. Zesty garrigue of fresh tarragon, melissa and hedgeflower. The white and green herbal fruit is just barely ripe – quite lovely in fact, reminds us again that less can be the new more. Vulcan grip. A mineralic adamantium at the end. Very long. The unsinkable Chassagne Baudines. Now – 2019.
