74% Pinot Noir, 26% Pinot Meunier.  2008 base vintage.  One gram of residual sugar (not dosage).  Disgorgement: spring 2012.

Yellow-gold.  Savory and authoritative: oyster liquor, shiso, sourdough starter, blackberry, loomi.  Ample, well-colored matière that belies the absence of dosage.  Finishes articulate, saline and quite mineralic.  Bone-dry terroir expression without being dour or anorectic.  Now – 2018.
