Fifteen years on tasting.

Saturated ruby.  Fresh, introvert and complicated by a ’99 architectural and medicinal reserve: mentholated groseille, nut-skin, shiso, humus.  Tensile, lapidary spine.  Plenty of zip and the fruit has class.  Piquant Corton.  Needs time to manifest the innate.  Now – 2030+.
