Ten years-on tasting.

Lemon-yellow with golden hints.  A burnished bouquet: beurre noisette, dried peach and pear, singed hazelnut.  A mid-palate expression of ornamented citrus crème and spice.   A blaze of stone minerality at the end gives it its torque and animated interplay.   But not enough acidity to go the distance.  Now fully mature.
