Bright lemon-yellow with a thread of emerald.  A sorbet freshness to the nectarine and citrus fruit.  Intensity without weight.  Complicating notes of horehound and lemon balm.  Dramatic, with lots and lots of acidity and minerality.  Galvanic Caillerets.  Will last for ages.  Now – 2018.
