Ten years on tasting.

Lemon yellow streaked in emerald.  This oscillated at such a high frequency in its formative years; it’s more spherical now and moving in undulation.   The green fruit is mature and sweeter, with evocations of key lime and apple tart.   A filigree shell minerality to bring it all home.  Doesn’t have the volume of a grand cru but it does have its fine character.  For drinking soon.
