Pale straw.  Stylish with a tilt towards ebullience: flint, lemon crème, pie crust flavors.   A layered concentration of extract-rich citrus and stone fruit buffers that  ’10 acidity: the delivery, in fact,  is quite cashmere.  Saturating, silex minerality to bring it all home.  A seductive Vouvray: it allies its winemaker’s ambition with a true sense of place.   Now – 2015+.
