Twenty-five years on tasting.

Good color, still plenty of ruby, amber to the rim.   High-class perfume here, subtle shadings of périgord, sea-cave and blood-orange to inform his iron and metal profile.  Forested raspberries with a rewarding rôti caramelization.  Silex minerality brings it home, unalloyed and bright.  Fine acidity and definitive tension for the vintage; you can still keep this.  Now – 2019.
