Hillside vineyard at 300 to 350 meters, facing south-east. From forty year old vines in clay and limestone soils.
Pristine color for her age, lemon yellow fused to emerald gemstone. She’s buoyant and nocturnal, a silvery moonlit pool of mutsu, white iris, melissa. Tensile, with lots of visible acidity. Etched finish. Just a touch of maturing sweetness; otherwise, the effect is nordic and bone dry. Fully mature now; for drinking soon.
