Rye-straw.  The house style for fullish wines dovetails neatly with the vintage.  Expressive and giving of slate, clove and cinammon; turbocharged yellow nectarine and mirabelle with swell.  Balanced and long, deftly navigating ’10s penchant for battery acid.  Drinking beautifully now.  Now – 2018.
