Gérard Boulay, Sancerre Chavignol 2010

Boulay Chavignol 2010 #1

Five years on tasting.

Rye straw.  A little slicker and glacé compared to the Montcy but he’s still gushing with varietal and site sincerity.  Intimations run to key lime, mandarin and liquid stone.  Finer lines of acidity; the mineral finish shows a bit more polish and detail.  Now.
