Vermilion with a twinkle, as if fined with interstellar light.  Jellied red berry fruit with whiff of botanical herb; swank in style, luxe for Côte de Beaune Villages.   The tannins are tonically dry but not short.   Refreshing and limpid with substance to back up the ambition.  Now – 2018.
