Golden.  He’s all yin now, charming, forward, wickedly spicy, glyceric in texture, no seams.  Shows off the swell that runs densely through ’01s.  The finish is hearty and practically drips fruit, a white and yellow cherry bomb with soda fountain intensity, outlined by modest minerality.  Fun wine, a playful spirit with Hermannshöhle character at his heart.  Has good zip so he’ll keep … to a point.  Now.
