Resonant yellow-gold.  Enveloping and inferential, with salty sea breezes and cooking aromas that remind me of coastal New England in the summer.  Richly flavored, texturally expensive, yet he’ll finish wry and impoverished, a brothy myriad of chalk and savory elements.  For the oxidative style of champagne this has profound dexterity and energy.  Now – 2025.
