Yellow-gold.   Suave, fruit-mineral Spätlese.  Just a hint of maturity, to round off and deepen his concentrated creamsicle and peach drop flavors.  Vibrant, affirming acidity makes this one such a joy: this just sails on and on effortlessly.  Drinking well now.  Now – 2021.
