Organic/BIO since 1999, certified in 2001.  Grown in clay and limestone soils,  natural yeast fermentation, raised in wood (none of it new), bottled after 18 months.

Canary yellow.  Rich and ripe but not a bit burly.  Lively energy and racy lines underneath the fruit.   Good character here, picked at the right time.  Now.
