Twenty five years on.

Crimson with a watery rim.  The nose is ravishing and the palate is even more voluptuous than the ’93.  Succulent, high-toned Chambolle flavors .. just a touch more spice to let you know he was born in the year 1990.   No superfluous fat, however: the acidity is incisive and finishes the wine in elegance.   Long and cherishing at the end.  Now – 2020.
