Lemon yellow. From Pinot Blanc vines. Chiseled site aromas and mint stems on the nose.  The acidity is dramatic; cuts like the prow of a ship.  Dynamic palate, the fruit is racy and citric but not a bit sleight.  Cooling mineral tones at the end.  Now – 2018+.
