Crimson.  Here’s a big ripe christmas pudding of a wine, stuffed with overipe plum, chocolate bean and plush barrel spices.  Succulent malty mid-palate, fat and earnest, and the finish is dark, saturated, sweetly pipe-tobacco-y.  Now.
