Emerald color and as he’s tapered off in the cellar you can see the calligraphy under the ripe fruit.  Impeccable lines, fine boned structure.  Flavors run to bergemot, cassis, saffron, sassafras.  The finish is the balance of earth and sky.  Now – 2025.
