Yellow-gold.  While not labeled as a vintage, this is entirely 2008 juice and aérienne for earth-bound Verzenay, a magic carpet ride of steel and savor. Blueberry and nut-skin with salty inner thickness and intimate at the end, where every drop of rain goes by a name.  80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, from Carreaux, Corret, Coutures and Perthos; dosed at 9 g/l.  Now – 2020+.
