Thirty years on.

Imperial ruby, colorless and cold for so long but his rank has saved him now.  The nose is a revelation: salumeria, black currant leaf, Spanish leather, mineral as a rockslide.  Open-armed texture, salty inner-thickness and there’s a thrall of intricacy at the end, a contained virtuosity; memories of it fill my head to this day.  Now – 2030+.
