Emerald color.  Some wines are outward facing but this shows a compression, an inside size.  Concentration leads through the mid-palate with such energy it’s easy to miss just how dense the wine is.  Crystalline lime and yarrow tea and the ocean waves surround.  The finish is crammed into a jacket of iodized salt and semi-precious stone too small to fit.  Now – 2020.
