Yellow-gold.  Vadouvan, enoki, burning-leaf and a toasted, rice-like starch.  Brass and oyster, always dry and punctilious and always tasting like fruit confit from which the sweetness was somehow removed.  Time-capsule reductive.  Now – 2025+.
