Ten years on.

Ruby.  Lavishly vinous stuff here, like spit-roasted meat.  A silent arcing of fruit-volume and spice. Valrhona chocolate, fraises-de-bois and balsamico with enough acidity and skittish energy to finish the wine in elegance.  Soy and smoke at the end.  Now – 2020.
