Five years on.

Five years on. Primrose color and a heady hyacinth nose will make you think of Riesling but the palate is all Chardonnay.  Flavors run to baking spice, walnut and cox’s orange pippins.  Soars and zips like a paraglider but the essence is earthbound on Corton hill.  Fine acidity and the finish is scrupulously dry.  Now – 2022.
