Saturated ruby.  A kind of lush savor; flavors run to a buckwheat-y umami, braised oxtail and myrtille.  Full but not blatant.  Oleaginous texture yet still thrusting.  Register of ripe tannin and there’s a riveting epic of rocks at the end.  Now – 2030+.
