Fifteen years on.

Shades of garnet now and a hungry feeling came over me stealing.  Pan drippings and quetsch and the savory terroir of Saint-Émilion.  The calcaire finish sucks on your tongue.  à point, the French say, your Magdelaine is ready to eat.  Now.
