From a sirloin parcel of seventy year old chardonnay vines from the village of Trépail in the Montagne de Reims.   A equal blend of 2008 and 2007 vintages.  Aged three years on the lees.

White gold for color, asian pear for fruit and it’s never too dark to keep out the light.  Sawn wood and arches, bones and ultraviolet and the finish rises up to meet the open rock faces at the top of Reims mountain.  Now – 2020+.
