Organic/BIO since 1998.  Belzbrunnen is a lieu-dit between the Spiegel and Kessler grand crus; the former make for a clay-limestone base and the latter imparts more sand and pink limestone over the top.

Medium straw.  Limpid wine with clear lines of flavor in a chiseled style.  White corn purée without sugar and loquat fruit.  The oyster shell and fennel finish has conviction.  Now – 2020.
