Yellow-gold.  High mountain water splashes over vanilla stones and rock salt and underneath, the coiled serpentine green beauty of the vintage.  Fruit runs to cox’s orange pippin and lime.  Penetrating finish in E-flat major, a sweet fennel juice passed over limestone.  I’d give it another 2+ to soak up all of the barrel tones.
