Lemon-yellow.  Chevalier makes me think of the open horizons of the far north.  Sappy core of fruit wraps around a high-toned backbone and the minerality is palpable.  Spindrift of ’10 acidity and long at the end, where water merges with sky in the shimmery blue line that stretches at the horizon’s edge.  Now – 2030+.
