60% PN from the Montagne de Reims; 40% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.  One third barrel fermentation.  Aged three years on the lees.  Dosage: 3 g/l.

White-gold.   Interior for a ’99; like a jewel the wine catches and disperses every fleck of light.  Striking counterpoint of toblerone chocolate and crab apple and the finish is an ethereal powder of  chalk.  Now – 2020.
