Ruby.  Ain’t no use turning on your light for this one; he is as he always was, a fiery dramatic powerhouse.  The scorched spiciness of ’89 and the wine smells like the brush fires now raging in the Verdugos.  Jalapeño-heat and the fruit is confit.  The finish is from the dark side of the gravel road.  Now – 2022+.
