Ruby.  We seem to wrestle (still!) with most ’99s; they’re academic, overcome by structure and broodiness.  This one prances with a feline’s energy.  Wild strawberries in deep green shade and a touch of saffron.   Focused and quite mineral at the end.  From just below Bonnes Mares.  Now – 2024.
