70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir from vineyards in Charly-sur-Marne.  Chardonnay is from the sirloin plot ‘Les Malivas’.  Raised in steel and wood.  At least seven years aging.  Disgorged: July 2016.

Ten years on.

Yellow-gold.  Yarrow, ginger and asian pear with a texture like meringue.  Not coiled but quite contained and the wine is defined by its aerial whiteness.  Now – 2028+.
