35% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay from premier cru sites in Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la montagne in the western section of the Montagne de Reims.  Base vintage plus 40% reserve wines.  Aging on lees: seven months before blending with reserve wine.  Aging in bottle: four years.  Dosage: 8 g/l.

Yellow-gold.  Tansy and lovage and the smell of new born hay.  Peach pit and shrimp shell reduction over a gauzy body.  Sel gris at the end.  Now.
