Mid-slope, south-facing vines over crushed marl and loess.  Average age: 50 years.  At 7 h/a, Geyersberg represents the lion’s share of Jochen’s vineyard holdings.  Vinified in steel, raised in cask.  Certified organic.

Gold.  An intense lone wolf and as savory as fire-roasted green beans and corn.  Gelée-like in texture, tapioca and caramelized lime and the finish is a smoky terroir concentrate.  Now – 2022+.
