Five years on.

Emerald.  Piquant and juicy and the wine is an amalgam of pistachio extract, fennel wood, oyster liquor and tree fruit.  Just a touch of sweetness and it glides invigoratingly dry on the finish.  Lots of shimmer in these hundred+ year old bush vines (alte reben).  Now – 2030+.
